The number of Koreans joining will be 5. The workshop will last for 3 weeks and will be modelled after the 1990 workshop held in the same country by the Asian Council for People's Culture. It will be a period of intensive exchange and learning through a participatory shared learning process in a spirit of fraternity and solidarity. The Korean People’s Theatre Association will be responsible for all the internal travelling, food and accommodation. The two Hong Kong participants will be offered returned air plane tickets to Korea and free accommodation and food during their stay in Korea.

This second part of the learning process will last for about 10 days. The performances will include solos (each person is supposed to have developed one mono act lasting from 15 - 20 minutes with the title "My City" before participating in the trainers' training workshop where he/she will be able to show the piece for critique and comments from their peers and other people in attendance. At the trainers' training workshop, the participants would have explored the essentials in cross cultural collaborations and experimented with creating a cross cultural piece lasting for about 20 minutes which will only be a work in progress but they may also show this at Asia Madang and the subsequent Festival). Participants will be offered free board and food but not any other remunerations. It is also planned that in late August or early September 2006, some of the participants in the workshop will be visiting Hong Kong during which time, the two Hong Kong participants are expected to join in the exchange programme with the visitors in the workshops and performances etc. open to the public
