亞洲民眾戲劇節協會 Asian People’s Theatre Festival Society
自90年代起積極透過工作坊、表演及研討會推動行為藝術，亦積極舉行各種民眾戲劇工作坊 (如論壇劇場、基本綜合藝術工作坊、大木偶劇場等)，透過工作坊讓民眾擁有創作戲劇和其他藝術的生產資料。協會致力揉合不同民眾戲劇方法體系，參照各地教育劇場的發展、方法及理念，積極在本港不同社群推動一人一故事劇場、教育劇場、展能藝術、融合舞蹈、藝術治療、社區音樂等，透過具體和系統化的培訓使參與者充份發揮他們的潛能，在創作過程中發出自己聲音，達至增權效果。協會曾在香港舉行多屆亞洲民眾戲劇節、行為藝術節、國際會議等。

計劃簡介
行為藝術 (Performance Art / Live Art) 在世界及亞洲已是藝術家們一種重要的藝術表達形式，並一直站在藝術的前沿位置。香港作為擁有表達自由的國際城市，行為藝術自當不能缺席。破格、創意和真誠是行為藝術的主要特徵，同時行為藝術也是民眾的，每個人都可以透過行為來創作和發聲。香港行為藝術家亦在國際上受到相當重視，並常被邀請到海外演出。行為藝術現已愈來愈廣泛接觸大眾，本會希望透過是次文化大使計劃，以展演、座談及工作坊形式讓大眾能更深入了解到這種藝術形式。我們相信行為藝術的普及能鼓勵個人表達及促進社會包容。
Performance Art / Live Art has become an important artistic means of expression and often is considered to be avant garde. As an international city, Hong Kong does have its performance artists. Breakthrough, creativity and sincerity are characteristics of performance art. However it can also be a people's art. Every person can voice out by doing performance art. Hong Kong's performane artists are well acknowledged internationally and they often are invited to perform overseas. Through this ambassador programme, it is hoped that the performances and the workshops can reach out to a wider public in Hong Kong.
